To ensure that your appointment goes as smoothly as possible, we ask that you do the following:

FAQS
Do you offer bulk billing?
No. We are a private clinic.
Do I need a new referral?
All new patients need a referral .
If it is an issue that you have see Professor Havas about in the previous 12 months, and he has not discharged you from care , the original referral is valid.
If it is a new or different issue you need a new referral.
You can either email or fax it to us prior, or bring it with you on the day.
Do I need to pay on the day?
Yes. Consultations need to be paid in full before your departure.
What payment types do you accept?
All major cards and cash.
Do you accept private health funds for consultations?
No because Private health insurance does not cover consultations.
It is important to bring your Medicare card so that we can process your Medicare claim and Medicare will automatically rebate you within 24 hours.
How long are consultations?
We respect all patients needs, so we never rush consultations. Keeping in mind, you may need a hearing test during so this can extend your appointment time. In short, it is best to block out an hour of your time at least, so you, and Prof. don't feel rushed.
I don't have a referral, or Medicare, can I still be seen?
Of course. The only difference is, our friendly staff won't be able to bill you through our medicare system.
Will I need any other tests or procedures on the day?
We can not say before hand whether or not you will have further tests or procedures on the day. Please discuss any issues with our reception team before your appointment.
Can you please explain which days you're in each clinic?
